The role of the hospital director is predominantly commercially focussed. This post will have ultimate responsibility for generating new revenue streams as well as financial and commercial control.
Person Specification – It is not a requirement that applicants have prior healthcare or mental healthcare experience, though this may provide an advantage. Applicants must have the commercial experience and business leadership ability have confidence in such a role.
