A small learning disability service based in Birmingham requires an experienced RNLD qualified nurse to take the role of deputy manager. Applicants must have experience of working as a senior or charge nurse, ideally having had some form or experience of person management.
Service users present behaviours that challenge. Prior experience of challenging behaviour is highly advantageous. Applicant must have a valid PIN and be eligible to live and work in the UK.
